Exercise for Well-being
Physical exercise is an essential component of improving both physical and mental health, and during these uncertain times keeping active is a positive way to care for and nourish the body and mind. Movement is medicine, both during and after cancer. Anything that can be done, big or small, could have the potential to dose the body with an internal anti-cancer medicine.
Lizzy is sure to inspire you to make use of your homes, gardens and kitchen cupboard contents!
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the classes.
Lizzy will be leading the classes to include all levels and will be giving guidance. However, it is important that you take full care of your own well-being, knowing your own current fitness level and the limits of your own body. Lizzy is there to support you with the exercise but she is unable to take responsibility for any aspect of your health care and would ask that you contact your GP if you have any concerns of this nature.
