2-2.30 on Mondays - Join us for 30 minutes of breathing practises
These sessions, which started in January, have been very popular with requests for them to continue. We are now delighted to say Nikki is happy to continue them for the foreseeable future.
To book your place please send us an email with your name and email address to email@example.com
Initially we will gently release tension in the chest area which helps to open the lungs, followed by traditional breathing practises that help to increase the flow of 'vital energy' or 'prana' around the body which helps to restore and heal cells, organs and bodily systems. All abilities welcome and can be practised standing or sitting on a chair.
Nikki Jackson has taught yoga (educational) and yoga therapy (explorative) for 30 years and recently ran one of our Wigwam Forums. You can see that Forum in our Podcast and Videos section (you need to register free on the site to gain access to the video): https://www.wigwam.org.uk/resources
